Refund and Return Policy

At TrueGifted, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of our return and refund process before making a purchase.


✅ Return & Refund Eligibility

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Returns may qualify for a refund or exchange, depending on the nature of the request.

Items eligible for return must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include all original packaging and tags

  • Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@truegifted.com within 30 days of delivery.
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Photos of the product may be requested to facilitate the process.


📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@truegifted.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address.

  3. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


🚚 Shipping for Returns

If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These will not be reimbursed unless otherwise agreed in writing.


🔁 Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? Please follow the return steps above. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized products (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect)

  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials


🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may cancel or return your item(s) for any reason, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition with all packaging and documentation.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
