  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (ET) on business days (Mondayโ€“Friday) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Standard handling time is 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment partners. Delivery time is typically 1โ€“4 business days

๐Ÿšš Delivery Times

  • Standard U.S. delivery: 1โ€“4 business days (processing + transit).

  • In rare cases (e.g., carrier delays, peak seasons), delivery may take up to 7 business days.

  • Custom-made items (e.g., with engraved or personalized names) require an additional 5โ€“8 business days.

  • Items shipped from our international warehouse (e.g., in China) may take 8โ€“10 business days for delivery. These cases will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.


๐Ÿ’ต Shipping Costs

  • FREE standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $99.90.

  • For orders under that amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination.

  • All product prices and shipping fees include applicable sales tax, where required by law.

We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure secure and timely delivery.
During checkout, you may choose from available shipping options, including expedited shipping (for an additional fee).

We currently only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand internationally in the future.

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
TrueGifted is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address will require the package to return to us before a refund or reshipment is processed.
